1. Students joining the college after passing H.S.C(XII) examination will have to get enrolled with Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. For enrollment students will have to fill enrollment form (available from college) and submit to college office along with enrollment fee prescribed before the notified date.

2. 75 % Attendance in each class and subject is necessary to appear for university examination.

3. Continuous absentee of more than 7 days will be fined and will be intimated to parents.

4. Students will be provided identity card by the office. They have to paste a recent photograph on the identity card and get it attested from the office. student should always keep the identity card with them in the college. If original identity card is lost new card will be issued by paying Rs. 25/-

5. All admissions made are subject to approval of university. Student’s admission will be cancelled if he/she has furnished false document information.

6. Students are not allowed to give any information related to the college to any publicity media without prior permission of principal.

7.All university rules and college rules are binding to the students.

8. All students desirous of applying for GOI scholarship/Freeship, PTC concessions etc should fill the required form within prescribed date along with necessary documents and submit to the office.

9. Home town train /ST concession facility are available in the college provided student have to declare the home town place in the admission form.

10. All unit examination and test examinations are compulsory for all students. Absent students have to pay a fine of Rs. 50/- per paper per examination.

11.All students will have to follow the dress code.

1. Students should collect Library card from library by showing the identity card and payment receipt.

2. Students will get one book at one time.

3. Student will have to return the book within 8 days. After 8 days a fine of RS. 1/- per day per book will be charged. 

4. Students should check the book at the time of issue for its good condition. Any damage or bad condition should be reported to the librarian at once. If the book is lost or damaged student has to replace the same book or to pay the replacement cost of new book.

1. Students should handle computers and all other equipment very carefully.

2. For any damage or breakage of equipment student will have to pay recovery charges at the current rates.
